So what’s the best way to install grips? I’ve heard windex works best but I’ve always used hairspray (with mixed results).

I was wondering which pedals are the best for downhill biking. My pedals have lost their grip and my feet slip off sort of easily. Also my pedals can not have pegs put into them. They are stock with my bike.

im trying to decide on a rear hub to get for my new wheelset that ill be building(mavic 721 rims). i was thinking about ringle kause its cheap sounds nice etc. but there are countless reviews of it braking after a year or less(wouldnt they have fixed that problem by now if its so big?). anyone have…

ok…. so supposedly formula disc brakes are really nice… i just ordered a oro puro(formula) front disc brake for my trials bike… i did a bunch of a research and its supposed to be REAlly nice. why does no one around here have em? ive never ever seen them on the DH bikes or XC bikes around….
